In this painting, I wanted to capture the feeling of a fragile and fleeting moment through light, color, and texture. The dark background with deep violet tones creates an almost evening atmosphere, from which a glowing floral form slowly appears.
I intentionally moved away from realistic academic painting and allowed the brushstrokes and texture to stay emotional and expressive. It was important for me to create the feeling that the light does not fall onto the bouquet from outside, but that the flowers themselves become the source of a soft inner glow.
Through layered texture, thick brushstrokes, and cool color tones, the painting creates a quiet and meditative mood, where the form slowly dissolves into light and atmosphere.
